Fresh Microgreens & Perishable Products
Due to the perishable nature of fresh produce:
No returns or refunds are accepted once delivered unless:
• The product is damaged
• The wrong item was delivered
Customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with supporting photos or videos.
Freeze-Dried Powders & Packaged Products
Returns or replacements may be accepted only if:
• The package is damaged on arrival
• Manufacturing defect
• Wrong product delivered
Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
Products must be:
• Unopened
• Unused
• In original packaging
Refund Processing
• Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
• Processing time: 5–10 working days.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error occurred from our side.
Order Cancellation
• Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
• Once shipped, cancellations are not permitted.
