Microgreens are young vegetable plants harvested early, when their nutrition is most concentrated. They are rich in vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and natural enzymes.
It is made by removing moisture at very low temperatures immediately after harvest. This helps preserve natural nutrition, colour, flavour, and freshness — without preservatives or additives.
